
CHOCOLATE COVERED STUFFED STRAWBERRIES



INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 pound fresh strawberries cleaned and dried
- 4 squares chocolate flavored almond bark
DIRECTIONS
In small bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until well combined. Cut a small hole in the top of each strawberry and stuff with small amount of cheese mixture; set aside.
Melt almond bark according to package directions. Dip one strawberry in almond bark; set on a waxed paper lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining strawberries.
Refrigerate strawberries until almond bark is firm (about 30 minutes). Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
