SPINACH & CHEESE RAVIOLI

with Mushroom Cream Sauce

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 30 ounce package frozen spinach & cheese ravioli
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 8 ounce package sliced button mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup dry sherry optional
  • 1 10 ounce container refrigerated light Alfredo sauce

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

Meanwhile, in large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms; salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until mushrooms are softened and slightly browned (about 3-5 minutes). Stir in sherry, if desired; continue sautéing until sherry has reduced by half.

Stir in Alfredo sauce and pasta; toss to coat. Cook until heated through.
