SPAGHETTI BAKE

with Bacon, Broccoli & Sharp Cheddar

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 8 ounce package spaghetti
  • 1 16 ounce package thick sliced bacon chopped
  • 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

Meanwhile, in large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crisp; remove to paper towels. Drain off excess grease from pan. Add in broccoli and onion; sauté until onions are softened. Toss with pasta, bacon and 1 cup cheese; transfer to a greased 9-inch pie plate.

In large bowl, combine half & half, sour cream and eggs; salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until well combined. Pour over pasta; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 35-40 minutes or until center is set. Cut into 8 wedges.
