SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground meatloaf mixture - beef, pork
  • 1 cup fancy shredded Italian style Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup crispy Panko style plain bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 16 ounce package spaghetti
  • 2 24 ounce jars traditional pasta sauce

DIRECTIONS

In large bowl, combine meatloaf mixture, cheese, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, Italian seasonings and egg; salt and pepper to taste. Mix together until just combined. Form into 1½-inch round meatballs.

Place meatballs on a baking sheet; bake in a preheated 350°F oven 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Heat pasta sauce.

Toss pasta with cooked meatballs and pasta sauce. Garnish with additional cheese, if desired.
