SLOW COOKER MAC & CHEESE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 16 ounce package large elbow macaroni
  • 1 12 ounce can evaporated milk
  • 1 10.75 ounce can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 8 ounce package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pasta according to package directions, reducing cooking time to 5 minutes; drain.

Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine milk, soup and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir in shredded cheese and cooked pasta.

Transfer to a 5-quart or larger slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
