
SHRIMP ALFREDO



INGREDIENTS
- 1 12 ounce package farfalle
- 1 tablespoon 100% pure olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds uncooked shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 cup frozen petite green peas
- 1 15 ounce jar creamy Alfredo pasta sauce
- - fancy shredded Italian style Parmesan cheese optional
DIRECTIONS
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and garlic; salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until shrimp is opaque and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).
Reduce heat to medium-low; add Alfredo and peas. Cook until heated through. Toss with pasta; salt and pepper to taste. Serve with cheese, if desired.
