QUICK & EASY BEEF STROGANOFF

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 16 ounce package extra wide egg noodles
  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 8 ounce package sliced button mushrooms
  • 1 14.5 ounce can reduced sodium beef broth
  • 1 10.5 ounce can 98% fat free cream of mushroom Soup
  • 1 1.25 ounce packet beef stroganoff sauce mix
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream

DIRECTIONS

Prepare noodles according to package directions; drain.

Meanwhile, in large skillet, over medium heat, cook and crumble beef, mushrooms and onions until beef is no longer pink; drain.

Add in broth, soup and sauce mix. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and cooked noodles.
