
TROPICAL FRUIT COBBLER SKILLET DUMP CAKE



INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups frozen mixed fruit
- 2 cups frozen berry medley
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 16.5 ounce package spice cake mix
- 1/3 cup pure vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup butter thinly sliced
- - vanilla ice cream
DIRECTIONS
In cast iron or oven-proof skillet over medium heat, combine fruit and sugar. Cook, stirring occasionally, until very juicy, bubbly and heated through. Remove from heat.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine cake mix and oil; mix until cake mix is crumbly. Spread over fruit in skillet. Top with butter slices.
Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 45 minutes or until cake is cooked through.
