COOKIES & CRÈME CUPCAKES

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 15.25 ounce package white cake mix
  • 3 cups mini cookies cereal chopped, divided
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 8 ounce container frozen original whipped topping thawed

DIRECTIONS

Prepare cupcakes according to package directions. Stir in 2 cups cereal and chocolate chips to batter.

Divide among 2 (12 count) greased or paper lined muffin pans. Bake according to package directions.

Remove from oven; place cupcakes on cooling rack and allow to cool completely. Frost with whipped topping and sprinkle with remaining cereal.
