
SMASHED BROCCOLI & CHEESE POTATOES



INGREDIENTS
- 3 pounds russet potatoes peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 32 ounce package frozen cut broccoli
- 1/2 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 8 ounce package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 2.8 ounce package real bacon pieces
DIRECTIONS
In large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat, bring 6 cups water and potatoes to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Add broccoli to pan; continue simmering 10 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender; drain.
Transfer to a large mixing bowl; add remaining ingredients. Using an electric mixer on medium-high speed, mix until desired consistency is reached. Salt and pepper to taste.
