
ROASTED ITALIAN POTATOES



INGREDIENTS
- 1 0.7 ounce packet dry Italian salad dressing & recipe mix
- 1/4 cup Culinary Circle Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons 100% pure olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 1/2 pounds red potatoes cut into 2-inch chunks
DIRECTIONS
In a large mixing bowl combine first 4 ingredients. Add potatoes and toss to coat.
Transfer to a large baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake in a preheated 475°F oven 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
