SLOW COOKER BANANA WALNUT OATMEAL

Total Time : 1-2 hours
Serves : 6 servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups original almondmilk or soymilk
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 6 ounce container blended vanilla lowfat yogurt

DIRECTIONS

In medium sized slow cooker, combine milk, oats, bananas, walnuts, sugar, cinnamon and salt.

Cook on LOW for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally, or until desired consistency.

Stir in yogurt and serve.
