SKILLET POTATOES WITH SAUSAGE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 16 ounce chub mild pork sausage thawed
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 32 ounce package frozen southern style hash browns
  • 1 14 ounce package frozen three pepper blend
  • 2 cups shredded mild Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS

In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook and crumble sausage and onions until sausage is no longer pink.

Add in potatoes; salt and pepper to taste. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in peppers; continue cooking until potatoes are cooked through and slightly browned (about 15-20 minutes), stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese.
