
CILANTRO-CHILE LIME RUBBED NEW YORK STRIP



INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup chopped organic fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons organic extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons chipotle chile pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon organic ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon natural sea salt
- 1 pound premium angus New York strip steaks
DIRECTIONS
In small bowl, combine cilantro, oil, lime juice, garlic, chile powder, cumin and salt. Rub over steaks.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Place steaks on grill.
Grill, turning once, 7-15 minutes (depending on thickness) or until desired doneness is reached (145°F for medium-rare; 160°F for medium). Remove from grill and season with salt to taste.
