CHICKEN BOWTIE PASTA

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 12 ounce package farfalle
  • 1 tablespoon 100% pure olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cubed
  • 1 24 ounce jar tomato, garlic & onion pasta sauce
  • 1 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1 cup half & half

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile in large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add chicken. Sauté until chicken is browned (about 3-5 minutes).

Stir in pasta sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer until chicken is cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).

Stir in pasta, cheese and half & half; continue cooking until heated through.
