BRUSSELS SPROUTS BRUSCHETTA

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 loaf French baguette bread sliced 1/2-inch thick
  • 1 10 ounce package frozen Brussels sprouts thawed
  • 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes with garlic & onion drained
  • 1 cup prepared Greek salad dressing
  • 1 4 ounce package Culinary Circle Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped pitted Kalamata olives

DIRECTIONS

Place bread in single layer on large baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 425°F oven 5 minutes, turning over halfway through. Remove from baking sheet.

Place Brussels sprouts in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until browned, turning over halfway through. Cool slightly; chop finely.

In medium bowl, combine tomatoes, dressing, cheese and olives. Stir in Brussels sprouts. Top each slice of bread with mixture.
