
BROCCOLI & PEA GUACAMOLE



INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli thawed
- 1 cup frozen green peas thawed
- 1 ripe avocado pitted, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- - juice of 1 lime
- - tortilla chips
DIRECTIONS
In food processor or blender, combine broccoli and peas; process until finely chopped.
Add remaining ingredients except tortilla chips; process to desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips.
