
ROASTED RED PEPPER HUMMUS



INGREDIENTS
- 1 15 ounce can organic garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons tahini paste
- 2 tablespoons organic extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chopped organic fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon organic ground cumin
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3/4 teaspoon chopped garlic
- - salt
- - ground black pepper
- - sea salt pita chips
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Pur?e until mixture is smooth and slightly fluffy, scraping sides. Salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to serving dish; serve with pita chips.
