
ROASTED POTATOES



INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds organic russet potatoes cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup finely shredded Culinary Circle Asiago Cheese
- 1/4 cup minced shallots
- 2 tablespoons organic extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped organic fresh thyme
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
Spread potatoes on a greased large baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 450°F oven until potatoes are tender (about 30 minutes), stirring occasionally.
