RASPBERRY WONTON CUPS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups frozen red raspberries thawed

DIRECTIONS

In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar; using an electric mixer, beat on medium until well combined.

Coat one side of each wonton wrapper with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar. Place wrappers, butter-side-up, into 1 (12 count) greased muffin pan.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Let cool.

Divide cream cheese evenly among wonton cups; top with raspberries.
