
COCONUT CHERRY CRISP



INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups fresh cherries pitted and cut in half
- 3/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes divided
- 2 tablespoons original syrup
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour divided
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter softened
DIRECTIONS
In large bowl, combine cherries, ¼ cup coconut, maple syrup and granulated sugar. Transfer to a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
In medium bowl combine remaining ingredients until butter is well incorporated. Sprinkle over cherries.
Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
