
BERRY LEMON TRIFLE



INGREDIENTS
- 1 16 ounce package angel food cake mix
- 1 3.4 ounce package instant lemon pudding & pie filling
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 8 ounce container frozen lite whipped topping thawed
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
DIRECTIONS
Prepare cake according to package directions; cool. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
Prepare pudding according to package directions using 2 cups skim milk. Fold in whipped topping.
In a trifle bowl or large glass bowl, layer 1/3 angel food cake, 1/3 pudding and 1/3 berries. Repeat layers. Cover and refrigerate several hours.
