
STRAWBERRY RHUBARB PIE



INGREDIENTS
- 1 16 ounce package frozen cut rhubarb thawed and drained
- 1 16 ounce container frozen sliced strawberries in sugar thawed and drained
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 15 ounce package refrigerated pie crust (2 crusts)
DIRECTIONS
In large bowl, combine rhubarb, strawberries, sugar and flour.
Prepare pie crusts according to two-crust filled pie package directions, filling with strawberry rhubarb mixture.
Place pie on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 45-55 minutes or until crust is golden brown and juices are bubbly.
