
CALIFORNIA GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES



INGREDIENTS
- 8 slices Italian-style bread
- 8 deli style white American cheese slices
- 1 ripe avocado pitted, peeled and sliced
- 8 slices cooked bacon
- 4 tomato slices
- - softened butter
DIRECTIONS
Top 4 slices bread with 1 slice cheese, avocado, bacon, tomato and remaining cheese. Top with remaining bread.
Spread bread with butter and place on a flat skillet over medium heat.
Cook, turning over halfway through, 6-8 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
