
TACO CUPS



INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 1.25 ounce packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup medium thick and chunky salsa
- 2 cups shredded mild Cheddar cheese divided
- 3 16 ounce containers refrigerated buttermilk jumbo biscuits dough
- - shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes
- - sour cream
DIRECTIONS
In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble beef until no longer pink; drain.
Add seasoning according to package directions; stir in salsa and 1 cup cheese. Set aside.
Using 2 (12 count) greased muffin pans, press biscuits into each well and up sides. Fill with taco meat and top with remaining cheese.
Bake in a preheated 400°F oven 12-14 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
