SHEPHERD'S PIE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 3.8 ounce pouch four cheese mashed potatoes
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 12 ounce jar home style beef gravy
  • 1 10.75 ounce can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS

Prepare potatoes according to package directions; set aside.

Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble beef and onions until no longer pink; drain.

Stir in vegetables, gravy and soup; heat through. Transfer to a 9x9-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cheese; spread prepared potatoes over top.

Bake in a preheated 400°F oven 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
