
WHITE CHOCOLATE CRUNCH



INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups crunchy oat squares cereal
- 3 cups mini pretzels
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 5 ounce package sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
- 12 ounces vanilla flavored almond bark
DIRECTIONS
In large bowl, combine cereal, pretzels, chocolate chips, cranberries and peanuts.
Place almond bark in a microwave- safe bowl; microwave (HIGH) in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted (about 1½-2 minutes).
Slowly pour melted almond bark over cereal mixture; toss until well coated. Transfer mixture onto wax paper and spread out in a thin layer; let cool.
Once hardened, break into smaller pieces and store in an airtight container.
