BAKED BROWN RICE & LENTILS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 16 ounce bag long grain natural brown rice
  • 1 19 ounce can traditional lentil soup
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
  • 4 cups vegetable broth

DIRECTIONS

Place rice, soup and thyme in a greased 8x8-inch baking dish.

Stir in broth until well combined; cover. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven until rice is tender (about 1¾ hours).

Fluff with a fork before serving.
