BLUEBERRY GRANOLA PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup complete pancake & waffle mix
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries chopped
  • 1/2 cup low fat granola with almonds

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pancake batter according to package directions. Stir in blueberries and granola.

Heat flat skillet over medium heat. Pour about 1/3 cup pancake batter onto skillet; repeating to fill skillet.

Cook according to package directions. Repeat process for remaining pancake batter.
