
ASPARAGUS GUACAMOLE



INGREDIENTS
- 1 14.5 ounce can no salt added cut asparagus drained
- 1 medium tomato seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- - juice of 1/2 a lime
DIRECTIONS
In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients.
Process to desired consistency; salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips.
