ASPARAGUS & PROSCIUTTO CRESCENTS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 8 ounce package refrigerated crescent rolls dough
  • 8 teaspoons onion & chive cream cheese spread
  • 8 slices Culinary Circle Prosciutto folded in half
  • 1 14.5 ounce can whole asparagus drained and dried
  • 1 large egg beaten

DIRECTIONS

Divide crescent dough into 8 triangles. Spread each crescent with 1 teaspoon cream cheese.

Top with a piece of prosciutto. Place 3-4 asparagus spears at wide end of crescents; roll up. Place on a greased baking sheet. Brush tops with egg.

Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
