TERIYAKI BEEF STIR-FRY

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound beef for stir-frying
  • 3/4 cup teriyaki marinade with pineapple juice
  • 2 bags boil-in-bag white rice
  • 1 tablespoon pure vegetable oil
  • 1 16 ounce package frozen broccoli stir-fry blend thawed and drained

DIRECTIONS

Place beef and stir-fry sauce in a 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag; seal. Toss to coat. Refrigerate and marinate 30 minutes or up to overnight, tossing occasionally.

Prepare rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, in wok or large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3-5 minutes or until cooked. Remove from wok; set aside.
